30 min Skill Sessions: Great additions to your class work to help with developing your skills such as gymnastics, barbell work, or a tune up with a tricky movement!
60 min Personal Training: Want a little extra attention from a coach? Coming back from an injury? Have a schedule that limits when you can come to the gym? These hour long sessions are great for fast tracking you towards your goals. They will be developed with a coach to meet your needs and can be scheduled at any time that works for you!
Individualized Programming: If you're looking for some extra work outside of classes or even a full program to do on your own if can be difficult to know where to start. Your time in the gym is often limited by your life's commitments so why not make sure you're using your time the best way you can! One of our coaches will work with you to develop a supplemental or full training program targeted towards reaching your personal goals. Working with a professional is the best way to make sure you're using your time to the fullest while not over-training!
