RX Weightlifting is an Olympic Weightlifting club open to people of all skill levels and experience. The only prerequisite is a desire and/or curiosity for Olympic Weightlifting and learning! We cater to CrossFitters who want to improve their lifts for WODs, people who want to eventually compete in Olympic Weightlifting or who want to improve their technique and competency with the lifts, and anyone who is looking to try something new.
We offer memberships that range from 2-4 classes/week which include individualized programming to help you achieve your Olympic Weightlifting goals. Each 90 min class will have you working on your skills and technique under the watchful eye of a Coach. Classes are kept small enough to get lots of individual attention from the coach while still keeping the camaraderie and community of group classes.
