To our beloved 6S family:
First off, we want to thank you for your support over the last couple of weeks. Closing the gym (temporarily) was one of the hardest things we have had to do, but with your love and support it has been manageable.
Secondly, our priority always has and will be your health. For this reason, we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure the gym is a clean and safe place to return to when this is all over. In that regard, we are staying up to date with the news and government recommendations. Since the mandate for closure of all non-essential businesses was released this past week, it has become clear that our initial proposal of reopening at the beginning of April is not possible
We will continue to monitor the situation daily and give you information as soon as we have it. For now, all we can do is continue to remain healthy & fit and follow government regulations. If we all do this, we can “flatten the curve” and get back to a more normal routine sooner rather than later.
We wish we had more specifics to give you, but unfortunately at this time, we are going day-to-day just like everyone else.
In the meantime, until we reopen our doors, please know that we are here for you every step of the way! We’re going to keep delivering to you, to keep you as healthy as possible so we can all combat this virus.
Here’s what you can expect from us until we reopen:
1. Remote Personal Training
If you haven’t been partnered with a coach and are interested in getting started, let us know!
2. Nutrition Coaching
Stay tuned for a BIG announcement on Wednesday April 1st regarding our nutrition program & what’s available to you! Join us on IG every Sunday for a cook-a-long with one of our Dietitians. We’ll also be posting lots of healthy tips and recipes!
3. Zoom Meet-Ups
Every weekday @ 630PM we are hosting a meet-up on zoom which ALL members are invited to attend! The topics range from nutrition, to mental health and mindset, to stress relief & yoga. This weeks schedule will be released tomorrow.
4. Virtual Classes
Every Sunday @ 12PM join us for #SIDSATURDAYS where Coach Sid will lead the class through an at-home WOD (with bumpin’ music).

6. Daily Content
